class descriptions
FLOW an all-levels vinyasa yoga class for every body. you’ll develop flexibility and strength, while decreasing stress and tension.
JAM an all-levels workout featuring yoga sequences set to music. you’ll get your sweat on and work your stress out!
SALUTATIONS – 30 minutes of moving meditation to get you going for your day.
UNWIND – 30 minutes of gentle flow to work out the kinks.
