SILENT FLOW | GOOD KARMA | sunday 4.10 at 4:30
yeah, this is kinda what SILENT FLOW looks like.
we start together, OM together and then…you get to do your own thing, or follow our cue card three dog yoga sequence of poses. you can work strong or work gently. you go with your flow…stay in the poses you like. skip the poses you don’t…or do those twice. it’s up to you. and your breath. and that’s the only sound in the room.
the lights go down and music comes on as we’re getting near the end. we savasana together. then namaste. then we leave in silence. and smiling.
it’s a unique opportunity to get quiet. to feel your body and your breath. and to create and master your own yoga practice. (plus, if it keeps raining…it’s gonna be SO cool!)
