we welcome beginners in every class, every day. most students like to start in our FLOW or RELAXED FLOW classes.
our classes can be described as breath-centered vinyasa yoga. in english, that means you’ll focus on moving with your breath through a series of postures designed to focus your mind and increase your mobility.
FLOW
a moderately paced yoga practice that sticks to basic postures, stretches, and balance exercises.
RELAXED FLOW
a laid-back practice of stretching and relaxation.
POWER
an invigorating practice with added mental and physical challenge. heated to 88 degrees for increased focus and sweat.
JAM
a yoga-inspired workout with high-energy music. heated to 88 degrees to help you sweat out the day.
