half-hour sessions offer an opportunity to ask questions and get help with specific postures or goals. 50 minute sessions offer customized flow classes tailored to your practice goals.

please register for your class online. space is limited, and registration is open until the class start time.
our doors open 10 minutes prior to class time. please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get your shoes off and your yoga vibe on.
our doors lock at class time, so please give yourself the time you need to be on your mat at the start.
we take off our shoes inside the front door at the shoe racks. we have cubbies in the back of the classroom for your other belongings.
