CHOOSING YOUR FIRST CLASS
// most students like to start with a FLOW class. these classes cover the fundamental postures and technique of yoga at a beginner-friendly pace.
// FLOW + RESTORE is another great option for beginners. it moves a little slower and focuses on deep breathing, gentle postures, and relaxation.

fantastic! you’re in the right spot. whether your goal is to touch your toes, calm the chaos, or reach a new level of consciousness, we’re here for it.
here’s how to get started:
1. browse our class schedule and register for your first class.
2. use your Zoom account to access our Livestream Login Page and click the link for your class.
3. plan to take at least two classes in your first week. yoga is a ritual practice, and your body learns fast when you make time for it.
