CHOOSING YOUR FIRST CLASS

// most students like to start with a FLOW class. these classes cover the fundamental postures and technique of yoga at a beginner friendly pace.

// another great option is a RESTORATIVE FLOW classes, which focus on deep breathing, gentle postures, and relaxation.

GOOD THINGS TO KNOW

// studio doors open 10 minutes before class time.

// if you have a yoga mat, please bring it. if not, we rent mats for $4/class.

// wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

// we go barefoot in the studio and have cubbies for your shoes and belongings.

// complimentary filtered water is available; just bring your bottle.

// FLOW classes are heated to 78 degrees. POWER and JAM classes to 85 degrees.

// all classes start with a few moments of centering and close with deep relaxation.

BEGINNER FLOW PATH

  1. Sign up for the New Student Intro Pass here.

  2. Choose your first four classes and sign up online.

  3. Arrive about five minutes before class time at 1617 Terrace Way.

  4. Plan to take at least two classes in your first week to maximize your pass and build a strong base.
