Getting Started

welcome! we’re glad you’re here…

BEGINNER BASICS

you don’t need to be flexible to practice yoga, but yoga can help you increase your flexibility and keep your mobility as you age.

// classes at three dog are rooted in vinyasa yoga, which focuses on aligning movement and breath into a flow state.

// each class begins with a few moments of meditative centering, followed by a dynamic warm-up and a varied set of postures to develop strength, balance and flexibility. all sessions conclude with relaxation and deep rest.

// the only equipment you need is a yoga mat. if you don’t have one, we’re happy to lend you one while you’re getting started!
