our POWER 120 challenge happens once every quarter. it’s an opportunity to flow through all the poses we practice in our POWER yoga classes…it will challenge your endurance, your flexibility and your mind. but this month…since we all deserve a little summer vacation, we’re setting it to two hours of Beatles tunes.
