we’re here to keep your asana moving….
as humans age, we tend to lose mobility…and as we lose mobility we age even faster.
while there is no such thing as anti-aging, there is a way to keep your mobility.
practice yoga…with a focus on optimal range of motion, power, balance,
this month, we’ll be focusing on ways that every body can train for better mobility.
all our classes will feature yoga moves that help build:
- strong, flexible hips in all ranges of motion,
- a resilient, engaged core, and
- functional movement patterns.
you can count on special attention to:
- getting up and down off the floor to build power,
- moving side to side to strengthen your stabilizers, and
- balancing while moving for real-life agility.
plus, the AUGUST ASANA TUNE UP will ensure you’re working with good alignment and MASSAGE FOR MOBILITY will loosen up the tight spots that restrict motion and leave you feeling free.
