1. GROUND DOWN. feel, like really feel, the floor with your feet.

2. CENTER IN.  use your core to connect your lower and upper limbs. it knows how. promise.

3. CHOOSE YOUR EXPRESSION. use your arms, shoulders, neck, and face in ways that let you breathe.

it’s really that simple.

as with any good recipe, it’s all about practice. like flipping an omelet, tossing pizza dough, or opening a bottle of Champagne: do it often to refine your skills.

this month, we’re gonna do just that. each day, we’ll apply those three simple skills to our most common standing asanas. you’ll build strength and balance, while reducing stress and learning to simplify.
