Choosing Your Class

three dog yoga classes are rooted in traditional vinyasa yoga and led by experienced instructors registered with the Yoga Alliance.

each class has its own personality, and there’s always something for everybody.

FLOW
a moderately paced vinyasa practice focused on foundational poses, stretching, and balance. great for building mobility and releasing tension.

RELAXED FLOW
a slower, laid-back sequence that emphasizes deep stretching, breath, and relaxation. ideal for beginners or anyone easing back into movement,

POWER FLOW
a dynamic, invigorating class that refines foundational poses while exploring more advanced balance and mobility. heated to 88° to help you focus and sweat.

JAM
a high-energy, yoga-inspired workout set to music. heated to 88° and designed to help you focus inward while you sweat out the day.

most students start with FLOW or RELAXED FLOW. If you enjoy a strong workout and want a heated class, try POWER FLOW or JAM.
