Gentle Mobility Flow (60 Minutes)

Looking for something that goes a little lighter on the down dogs and chaturangas…we got you. This gentle flow starts with floor mobilizers, moves into some wrist-friendly vinyasa and standing mobility practices, and adds in some deep stretches along the way.

Key practices include: supine core strengtheners, standing flow series, get up/get down play, cross-legged hip opening folds, and relaxation.
