Hip Openers, Side Bends, and Sundial Pose — 30 Minutes

Sundial is one of those asanas we don’t do very often — it’s a little complex, a little awkward…but the pose itself is actuall not that difficult and getting there takes us through some great hip and side body opening.

It’s a good practice in not judging by appearances and being open to possibility, too.
