  • …balance is one of the key components of fitness and longevity, and it’s a use it or lose it situation, y’all. so…we definitely want to use it. a lot. 

but it doesn’t have to be so serious. in fact, learning to play with balance is key. when we get too focused on achieving good balance, we often overthink, tense up, and become frustrated. that’s not balance.

one of the best ways we can take on getting better at balance is to take it on like we did when we were kids. with an earnest curiosity and desire to progress. also: giggles.

so, this month we’ll be playing with some outside the box asanas and movement patterns. join us online or in-studio and get your balance skills — and attitude — elevated.
