20 minutes of moving meditation, any time you need to squeeze a practice in…or get a longer practice started.
this is the first in a series of mix-and-match practices that are good on their own…and play well together.
at three dog yoga, we think of each class as having three chapters, which vary in length and intensity depending on the goal of the practce:
chapter 1 – vinyasa flow / moving meditation
chapter 2 – strengthening poses
chapter 3 – restorative poses
over the next few weeks, we’ll be putting out a few different takes on each chapter…so you can choose your own adventure whenever you like!
