seriously, y’all. it’s not so bad. once we get warmed up, you’re gonna get a blanket…or a towel…and fold it the long way and lay it down the entire length of your mat, at center…then use that to pad the insides of your knees.

you don’t have to love it…but it’s really not so bad.

unless it is. then, you get out of it.

but if you can stay and breathe with just a teensy, tiny modicum of ease, do.
