Halasana (Plow Pose) is an inversion…but also a deep forward fold. It’s an excellent choice to relieve upper back and neck tension when performed well.

This little gem of a practice will get you there. It’s a great one to keep in your rotation for those days when it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders.
