we know how to be hard on ourselves, but sometimes we have to practice doing things the easy way. 

not as in taking the easy way out, just making things easier on ourselves by staying in our sensory perceptions and experiences instead of our critical and impatient minds.

key practices include: breathing practice, spinal movement, salutations + warrior flows, bird dog, side plank, eagle, dancer, tree, straddle lunges, backbends, straddle fold and relaxation.
