the one posture you’re sure to practice in every yoga class with us is Savasana…literally Corpse Pose. not everyone’s favorite image, but a really important part of the practice of yoga.

practicing Savasana daily reminds us to live fully…right. now. 

and, of course, taking care of your mind and body with the other postures of a regular yoga practice helps. learning to really live IN your body is a gift you can give yourself anytime anywhere. we hope you’ll join us for a little of that!

practices include: hips on a block, floor stretches, somatic awareness exercises, salutations, twists, and of course, Savasana.
