What’s a GOOD SHIFT?

20 Days of:

  • daily yoga, journaling, and hydration practice
  • SUNDAY SELF CARE practice from 8:15-9a PST, and
  • 10-Minute MEDITATION Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7am PST.

How does it work?

So easily…and so profoundly.

You’ll Zoom in on Sunday mornings, we’ll do some self-care and set intentions for the week. Each day, you’ll do a good shift journalling practice, a yoga, meditation*, or self-care practice of your choice…and drink 100 ounces of water. By November 26, you’ll be brimming with gratitude and good cheer.

*NEW THIS YEAR: group meditation on Zoom M/W/F at 7a PST…because everything is better with friends.
