CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

FLOW is an all-levels vinyasa yoga class for every body.

in each class, we move through the body’s entire range of motion, while breathing deeply and focusing our awareness in the present moment. you’ll develop flexibility and strength, while decreasing stress and tension.

  • FLOW I classes keep things simple for a moving meditation
  • FLOW II classes have added focus on building strength and skills.
  • FLOW 30 classes are short and sweet, perfect for the days when you need yoga most.

JAM is a yoga-inspired workout session.

each class uses yoga postures to create cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility conditioning for the entire body.

  • JAM 30 classes focus in on active vinyasa and standing poses.
  • LSD JAM is lower intensity, slower pace, and deeper stretch version.
  • POP-UP JAMS are special events, just for fun.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT IN-PERSON CLASSES

  • doors open about 5 minutes prior to class time.
  • please come prepared with your own mat, props, towels and water.
  • we have yoga gear for sale if you need to update your swag. for everyone’s health and safety we no longer share a water dispenser or rent equipment.
  • we have increased our studio floor plan and marked the practice space place holders to provide lots of breathing room between mats.
  • because there is no longer a separate lobby space, we now remove shoes upon entering and before stepping onto the practice floor.
  • masks are not required for fully-vaccinated participants. you are welcome to wear one as you choose.
