WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION
// every body is welcome. in any class. just choose the class that sounds right for you.
// our online classes are offered through Zoom meeting links on our Livestream Login Page. you’ll get the password when you register for class.
// the Zoom waiting room opens about five minutes before class time. the teacher will let you in when it’s time to start.
// all you’ll need is a yoga mat. yoga blocks and a yoga strap/belt are nice to have, but not necessary.
// wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.
// all classes start with a few moments of centering and close with deep relaxation.
CHOOSING YOUR FIRST CLASS
// most students like to start with a FLOW class. these classes cover the fundamental postures and technique of yoga at a beginner-friendly pace.
// another great option is a FLOW + RESTORE class. it moves a little slower and focuses on deep breathing, gentle postures, and relaxation.

fantastic! being a beginner is what yoga is all about. (that’ll make sense after a few classes.)
whether your goal is to touch your toes, calm the chaos, or reach a new level of consciousness, we’re here for it.
here’s how to get started:
1. browse our class schedule and register for your first class. we suggest a New Student Intro Pass to get started.
2. use your laptop, phone, or tablet to access our Livestream Login Page about five minutes before class time and click the link for your class.
3. plan to take at least two classes in your first week. yoga is a ritual practice, and your body learns fast when you make time for it.
