A Lot of Hip Openers, A Little Hand Balancing (45 Minutes)
In this all-levels flow, we work through a wide range of hip openers and play with the elements of flying lunge arm balances.
If you’ve hung around our classes before, you’ll know that you don’t have to be able to “do” arm balancing…but it can be fun (and useful) to play with all the elements of each balance.
key practices include: lunges, warriors, twists, and side openers.
When you’re feeling a little crispy, a restorative flow is just what the doctor ordered. (That is if you have a really cool doctor!)
Key postures include supported backbends, energy-building flow, twists, side bends, and hip openers.
