March Deep Dive: Root Chakra Stuff

what’s root chakra stuff?

let’s back up.

in yoga practice, the chakra system corresponds to nerve centers in the spine that connect to specific areas of the body.
the idea is if we take care of these centers we balance our energy flow.
this month, all our classes will be focusing on the first or root chakra. it corresponds to hips and legs, along with feelings of being grounded, stable, and strong.
what this means for you: deep dives on balance postures, triangle series and seated stretches.
during March, our FLOW and POWER classes will be dialing in the details on specific asanas in these families, and our FLOWTATION sessions will be focused on creating an overall grounding vibe.
