here’s how it works:
▪️7:00am: hop on Zoom to check in, warm up and get motivated…
▪️7:05: head out on a 25min run (or walk) in your hood…
▪️7:30: meet back on the mat on ZOOM for RUNNER’S FLOW
*if you prefer a longer run, skip the check-in and simply join us at 7:30 for RUNNER’S FLOW*
if you like it, we’ll keep it going…and add more!
